Personality: Snow is incredibly smart. Like MIT smart. She was easily one of the smartest kids in her entire school and it showed. Combined with her hunger for power she became a hacker using dirt to blackmail people into doing what she wanted.
However despite being smart Snow requires absolute respect for her authority. She doesn't like anyone falling out of line even an inch. Like coding a single problem can take down the entire program.

Brief Bio: In school Astrid was always teased. She was too smart for everyone and thus never fit in. This constant bullying created an anger in her. And she used it to her advantage. Using her intelligence Astrid became a great hacker. It started off with small things, the school system, vending machines. Later as the bullying continued her range of possibilities to hack also increased. She began hacking into computers, cell phones, cameras, even bank accounts. She developed a name in her school that inflicted terror to everyone, Winter.

Soon though Winter dropped out of school, it was far below her skill level, she was only wasting time being there. So she walked out and bought herself a warehouse. Here was the place she would later create Winter, her future gang. At first it was just her fort of survival, a place for her to enjoy the luxuries of hacking. But later she began to unintentionally get dirt on people. Information she could use to get the way she wanted. Just the thought of that would bring a smile to her face and soon the idea of a haven of information developed, along with Winter.

Gang: Winter was developed first by Snow, in a small warehouse. With money from hacking into peoples bank accounts, she made the place into a computer haven. It was the ultimate fort, and completely created from scratch by Snow. At least all the code was, she had other people install everything else. Here people of intelligence could deposit and use valuable information stored in her Bank of Dirt. However they would first have to join her gang if they wanted access and not everyone simply gets access.
