Thea opened her eyes, and she could hear murmurs. Her throat was dry and as she attempted to speak she started coughing. Only when she heard the sound of a blade being drawn did she sit up and face the direction of the offending noise. "I have a dry throat, not a demon." She muttered irritably, getting back up on her feet. The First Enchanter stepped forward and examined her, looking Thea in the eye, before turning to the Knight Commander and nodding. "She has defiance in her eyes, but no signs of possession. I told you this would be no more than a formality. I doubt the Dalish would not have trained a mage to control her own powers." The First Enchanter commented, before turning back to Thea. "But rules are rules, and it is not served by making exceptions. I hope you understand. Now, I believe someone wishes to speak with you." Thea looked at the entrance and saw Kaitlyn, standing there with a dwarf. The obvious question aside, the elf raised an eyebrow as she approached and glanced at the templar's injured arm. "Is everything alright?" The question, like her Harrowing, was a formality. Thea could tell there was little improvement in Kaitlyn's condition. She hid the pain well but it was still apparent the healers could not do much for her. Thea's worst fears were confirmed. "It's the corruption." The dwarf chuckled. "The only one with any sense I've met all day. Your lover wanted a word with you, I'll leave you two to yourselves."
