- Fate - Still your tongue... The deity simply waited, watching as the boy came closer to her, struggling the entire time. For a moment, she thought he would simply fall, die, and she'd be stuck here. The irony in Fate being 'Fated' to remain locked up in this prison. It wasn't uncomfortable more than it was just... annoying. She wanted to help the boys reach her but oddly enough his fate was out of her hands. Even if she were able to, she probably wouldn't have been much help as she was now. She barely had enough energy to get away from here after he helped her. But... his words. She swallowed slightly, honestly considering his words. Did she ever have a happy moment? She honestly couldn't think of something that made her happy. Nothing. There were no emotions other than fear, pain, sadness. The only time she ever saw a glimmer of happiness was in the eyes of the people she'd seen before she'd messed with them. It was as if taking away their happiness would somehow give it back to her. She didn't know why she did it, she just assumed it was a part of her, something she couldn't and.. wouldn't change. She turned when she heard the boy come at the orb, attempting to pierce it with.. claws? Fate blinked, staring at him, a bit perplexed. Her eyes went wide as the orb shattered and she escaped as black smoke. She reformed at the bottom of the ruins, her eyes never moving from the boy. Eyes wide, she watched as the boy fell. Without another thought, she raced to catch him, turning into black smoke as she flited over there in a matter of seconds. "What... What are you?" The little girl's voice gone, replaced with that of an American teenage girl. "I've never seen..." She began, moving to get a bit closer to him. She stopped mid-way, her lips tightening. "Nevermind. It doesn't matter." She finished. With a grin, she shot closer to him, and with a small motion of her hands, she bound his arm and legs, freezing him in his place. She walked around him, looking him up a down with a wicked grin. "My, my... You certainly are cute!" She told him, her voice now changed to that of a more mature woman. "Just a doll face." She continued. "Anyway. Thanks for saving me, casanova. You've done the world a great favor by letting me out. Oh... Just kidding." She paused, for effect, "You've done just the opposite." She told him, grinning, her mouth a breaths away from his cheek now. "Hmm... I'll give you the honor of being my little pet... How about... Spike? Spot? Or... why don't we go a simpler route? I'll just name you Dog. Now..." She began, turning as if looking for something. "Ah!" She called out after a few minutes and pulled something out from behind her, as if from mid-air. It was a leather collar and it had a dark crimson glow about it. "I hope you don't mind collars. It was the only thing I could think of, Pooch. You know, I've been cooped up in there for a while, kind of leaves you.. creatively drained. Anyway... Don't take this off, kay?" She told him, placing the collar around his neck. As she did so, she placed a small kiss on his cheek and a black mark formed there in the shape of her lips. "Mostly because it won't come off no matter what you try. You'd have to... kill me." She explained, turning away. Soon, all that was left of her was a small black wisp of smoke as her last words echoed through the ruins. "Toodles, Doggie."
