I think the only case I use the term 'Minorities' to describe discrimination is in one of two ways. 1. _______ race does fine, but all the other minorities have issues in one way or another. 2. _______ country tends to hate/discriminate against anyone who is a minority. If it's anything more specific, I tend to address the specific groups of people affected.
