c3p-oh, unfortunately... It seems that kind of character has been done multiple times before, with both the personality, and the Semblance. That Semblance, or at least the teleportation bit, is already in use by one, maybe even two other people. I would suggest going for something that would be a little more matching of your personality.

As for personality, I say this [i]purely[/i] because if two people with an almost exact same personality like that (dick headed, constantly doing stupid shit, and pestering others) were to even be in the same room, it'd be just too much chaos. I think the others would agree that if said characters were to combine forces, it'd be too much of a headache for everyone and said characters would be more prone to being murdered by teammates than most.

Aside from that, it seems good so far.
