Made minor changes adding a few more details to Kuhaku's CS, the most major change being balancing of his Semblance ability. Changes are emboldened for easier reading.

- Reduced the number of total glyphs from 10 down to 5
- Reduced the effective range of the glyphs from Kuhaku's position from 300 meters down to 100 meters
- Added a required 'manual' activation of the glyphs, instead of an automatic self-activation
