Khalis was still eavesdropping, but now kind of regretted that he wasn't able to see this. A turtle-like person actually falling over and incapable of getting up. This was both hilarious and interesting, although he didn't know how it would affect the person. He decided instead to slither away silently, so as not to disturb them any further. He realized that wouldn't be a problem as the trip was ending soon. The screen that displayed the countdown had reached roughly 5-6 minutes, causing many sighs of relief from nearby to erupt. Guess the agitation and anticipation was getting to them all. Suddenly, the screen flashed red and orange, with the message "BREAKING NEWS" slid across the screen. It had grabbed his attention, as it had most. The screen then changed to the news reporter from before, who had been explaining about the recent Faunus uprisings. "It has come to our knowledge that Lieutenant Alder, trusted member of General Ironwood's Faction, has been missing for the past weeks. The local authority and even members of the Faction are clueless as to his whereabouts." It showed an image of Lieutenant Alder, a man with golden brown hair combed back, a strong confident face, and obstinate brown eyes. "The local authority are asking for any and all cooperation in determining the location of Lieutenant Alder. In other news-" Khalis didn't care anymore. It went on about some guy Torchwick and the Faunus revolution. He didn't really care much, just an occasional update on stuff was fine. Glancing out the window, they had almost arrived. The screens had changed to Glynda Goodwitch, apparently a teacher at Beacon, but Khalis's attention was still focused on the outside. Finally... Beacon. A grin spread as he imagined his future days in the academy, which seemed just within reach. A moment later, it seemed, and the ship landed, some poor blonde fellow couldn't hold onto his lunch for much longer and made for the nearby trashcan. Khalis was tempted to laugh, but it seemed the poor fellow was already going through enough hardship. Now there was some opportunity to explore the school grounds.
