[hider=Spoiler]My guess is that Madoka's wish and the entirety of the events of the series have been removed, with no messing around with the alternate timeline shit.

Whether this includes the arrival of Walpurgisnacht or not is currently unknown, but it sure would be Madoka-like to see us struggle through many challenges and interpersonal issues only to have the entire cast wiped by a high-level witch that we most definitely could never stand a chance against.[/hider]
