I feel there are pros and cons to both decisions:

If we do the timeskip then we'll finally get this over with, but how well are these unfinished teams going to get along if they haven't done this.
On the other hand if we don't do the timeskip then it should finally get people to get their shit together, but a whole lot of us will continue sitting sitting here doing nothing.
