The two factions, if you want to call them something, are both of those aspects. The Liberation Group is the part of 'We want out from this Death Game' and the New Terror is the 'Let's build a new society here!' Though, it is still uncertain if it is really a Death Game or not, everyone is too cautious as to let themselves die. But if you want to know so badly....!
