Yeah, multple periods of time can be done. Technology/magic is something I'll have to go in depth on, but, it won't be guns or anything futuristic. I'll have a reason for why and such.

And my own character will personally be in the 'modern' RP time, in order to establish what's supposed to be 'modern' and such.
