Otokojuku's fun. It has some very clear issues and I've listed my main gripes with it, but if you go in looking for a fun, run of the mill shonen that advances as it goes from one fight to the next, you'll probably get a good kick out of it. It's wierd because all things considered it's hardly a standout when compared to relative contemporaries like JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Dragon Ball, Hokuto no Ken or Saint Seiya but it's just oddly entertaining in a silly way. I put it first in my list because the school just works extremely well with a setting like this, really. I'd recommend reading all those other titles before Otokojuku, Hokuto no Ken especially, but I can definitely recommend Otokojuku as well.
