In light of YGOPro giving us new cards (most notably, Merlin and Noble Spirit Beast Apelio), I'm going to be updating the banlist a little. Anybody who plans to use these new cards should also update their decks immediately.

[i]NOTE:[/i] Merlin's probably going to 1, since he and he alone is making NKs meta. Kinda like what happened with Madolche Anjelly.
