"Um, okay..." Kido watched curiously as she rose from her spot and started walking away. "Let's talk again later, okay? I really liked spending time with you." He smiled in her direction while he could still see her before looking up at the leaves above him. "Maybe next time," he mumbled, "we'll get more time to talk. I can wait, though."
