[/quote]Thank you for the offer! I do have a question: I'm a little confused because in my snooping, there is an OOC and IC section. I understand those, however sometimes people post forms in OOC and sometimes they post them straight up in the IC such as with your RP? I'm unsure of what the rules are for that.
