Overall your CS is pretty good, however, me myself looking it over, I don't think I'de make you the first mate. Reasons generally being, your Good Perks, don't feel like they match up with the bad ones. However, for now, your CS, would be good for Pilot/Navigator.

Taking note of your perks, I don't think being good at everything, naturally, matches up with not being able to swim, or not having good Stealth I'm guessing.
