Brenda felt herself blush as he stared into her eyes and complimented her. He even went into this lovey-dovey mode and he began sprouting poetic and, to be frank, quite romantic things considering they made her blush like a little middle-schooler. She cleared her throat trying to clear her mind as he kissed her hand. "Well, aren't you a charmer?" She questioned him with a slight tease in her voice. "And it is my pleasure to meet you Kane." She said to him with a grin giving him a small fake-curtsy. "My name's Brenda." There was something about this guy....and she liked it. She liked it a lot. Then, there was the strange moment where the music stopped. This caused her to look at the DJ with an annoyed/confused look. Why on earth would he stop? And she soon got her answer when she took a good look at what was happening. People being eaten, screaming, running and panic. How the hell did she not notice this happening in her own home? Was she so sucked into this guy that she didn't notice anything? "What the hell?" She gasped backing into the door she was leaning against. She didn't look away from the scene in front of her and instead she fumbled with the door knob and finally opened the door which led to a small closet. Quickly she turned around and began searching through the boxes and moving things aside. "Where is it?" She mumbled to herself panicking more and more as the seconds tick by. Finally she located it. "Aha!" She said with a triumphant smile. She stood up with a metal baseball bat in her hands, grasped tightly. She was on a baseball team when she was 16, she kept her old bat in here and never looked at it again a year after that. BUT, it was a good thing she remembered now. Or else, she'd be screwed. She then turned to look at Kane. "I suggest that we maybe get the hell out of here." She said to him before she began making her way towards the exit, trying to keep to the walls and shadows and away from any prying eyes. Or better yet, away from the center of the room where there was currently a massacre happening.
