Could I play a revived Genghis Khan? If yes I am in.
Yes.
So the side posted it twice... Other Question, how does magic work in this?
Magic can be like Vancian memorization of spells that disappear temporarily after you learn them, or they could be innately based on you. You can even be Pagan gods in this, by the way. There is such a thing as miracles in this as well. Miracles are a rare kind of "magic" that don't require energy of any sort to be used. (But could have energy reinforcing it). Magic is usually based on some exceptional innate quality of a person. Intelligence, wisdom, force of personality and/or will power. . . or sometimes blood, or pieces of someone's own body, not in a sacrificial way but a practical way. Other times, magic is based on the force of The Geas, that is Covenants, promises, etcetera. Magic-Use also depends heavily on what century you are playing in. If you are a sorcerer from Ancient Sumer thousands of years ago, it might be almost the same way magic is used for centuries or thousands of years, but if you are a wizard in the 17th century your powers maybe entirely different.
