[b]History[/b]: A 'Child of the Streets', through and through - a title bestowed only to the unfortunate and pitiful remnants of society that was abandoned in dark alleyways and abysmal undergrounds - Kevin Sinnet is a typical gangster living within the more reckless side of the underworld. From thieving to turf wars, the man had meddled enough to stain his hand black with the deeds of the crooked.

His backstory is not much of an exciting one. Bastard to a middle-class business man and his mistress, his childhood consisted of negligence and poverty as the boy tried his hardest to fit into the norms of society. When that didn't work out due to the disintegrating relationship with his mother and the nonexistent connection with his father, Kevin simply left. It was out there in the streets that Kevin knew the true meaning to his life - to survive. It was as simple as that.

So within the following years, the boy adapted quickly to the criminal underworld. He joined a gang who called themselves the Behemoth; the largest and one of the most powerful within the underground. He quickly rose in ranks to the point where he commanded a squad of his own within the massive horde. A small of group of men, sure, but still his own. They called themselves the Guilty Kings. It could be said that the man had made quite a living, considering he had absolutely nothing to begin with. And Kevin was quite content with that. He wished of nothing more, and nothing less. 

Then came along the Silencer, his scythe eager for the blood of Genesis City, and ruined everything.

[b]Personality[/b]: Despite being a thug, the man is quite humorous and radiates a certain charm that makes him likable. Though his actions may be vulgar, he also knows his ways around etiquette and mannerisms, making him socially charismatic. This is a very great asset, as it makes him a great liar. 

Kevin is reckless by nature due to his strong sense of pride. Unlike other people within the criminal underworld, he has a strong sense of loyalty to his gang, especially his own men as they are to him and each other. He will not hesitate to leap into the fray to help them - his friends - if they are in need. 

Kevin Sinnet is also flirtatious, but in a light and teasing manner. He's a romantic at heart, and hopes to one day find a wife just as crooked and dirty as he is.

[b]Weapon[/b]: His fists, a hidden dagger he has concealed, and whatever he can find at the time. He knows his way around various firearms as well, and is considerable with other melee-type weapons.

[b]Abilities[/b]: A short-range 'blink' that allows him to move from one place to another instantaneously. Currently, he is only limited to five feet. Because of this, he is known as one of the most aggressive fighters within Behemoth, as his ability allow him to pummel his opponents without them laying so much as a kiss on his ass cheek.

[b]Other[/b]: He loves sour candy.

Seems like Ruby may have trouble considering there are so many hooligans running around. :p But yeah, just know that he's not some super-aggressive, super-violent, bad-ass type of guy. He'll change as his life intertwines and progresses with both of your characters and the Silencer himself.
