Lillith grinned mischievously at Aniela, when the empousai expressed a desire to play with the new toy. "Oh, we will have plenty of fun with him." she replied. She looked at the ground around them, but it seemed moss and stones and grass hid most of their footprints. It would be better to escape and leave as few traces as possible. It would be terrible if the rest of the humans followed the trail and were alerted of the danger. She eyed the occasional light footprint that marked the human's way here. At least it would look like he'd crossed into a rockier area, which would explain the lack of footprints. This somewhat rockier denser area didn't end for a while. With enough time, though, the humans would figure out that something was wrong if they came looking for him. If they brought dogs with them... Well, speculation was useless. It would be best to leave now while they had their prey. Lillith began to run. As she had done before, she hopped around, climbed trees, and chose a very indirect method for reaching Vlad's complex. When she could, she'd leap up and glide a very short distance in a different direction to put a bit of distance between her footprints. When she could, she stuck to travelling through the tree tops, and ran on rocky ground. This trail should be very difficult to follow for a human, and beside that, it was completely different from the path she had taken before. She refused to allow any pursuers to find her without exerting a great deal of effort. If they managed to find Vlad's complex, she wanted them tired. Thinking about her trail, Lillith thought to herself that it wasn't really as good as she wanted it. She would have to think up ways to complicate it more. After all, her end goal was to make herself impossible to track on foot. If she could find a way to avoid leaving any trail, that would be good. She couldn't rely on her powers of flight for everything. She continued on this way, until she wound up in front of Vlad's complex. Reaching out, she took Aniela's hand, and led her through the gate. "We're in the complex now, Ani. I'll take you to meet my Uncle." Lillith said quietly. These words should be enough to let Ani see through part of the glamour. If she hadn't done this, it wouldn't work. The glamour affected all the senses. So there would be no sign at all of the complex. The only way in was to be brought in, and the only way to see through the glamour, would be to be told by someone inside. Lillith gave Aniela time to take in her surroundings. When Aniela was ready, they would head into the building itself together. The gate itself had already closed behind them.
