Bio: Balsamon was first created by -insert god here- when the Clash of Gods was on the verge of breaking out. He was designed as a possible solution that would please both Light and Dark as he was neither but focused on bringing absolute punishment to those who broke the laws of the divines. Unfortunately it did not work and the darkness soon rebelled against the light and its domain. For most of the war Balsamon stayed neutral as he was designed to pass judgement and serve punishments to the mortals not the gods. But as he watched the war continue and his comrades being slaughtered he came to realise that he must serve the law no matter if they are Mortal or God. And so one by one he locked away the gods who had committed murders and other devious things, wether they were Good or Bad he gave a fair and equal punishment.
