I re-enter the hotel just in time to hear the most horrible sound I've ever heard in my life. I quickly try to cover where I assumed my ears were, and unfortunately fail in actually covering anything. I resist shouting 'Why would you do that!?' and once my hearing recovers, I notice that same metal bat...wyvern... bird... thing apparently called Miles say something about raiding a garage. He also seemed to have a set of keys ready. I also notice a newcomer... some sort of ghost who may or may not have killed that computer girl. "So... who the heck is that, and what happened to Ms. Laptop?" I ask the group. Bart was the one who answered my question with "That's 'Ms. Laptop' or, if you want her name, she's Jade... the other Jade," I nod and finally answer Miles. "Yeah, let's get outta here... I mean, I'm sure we'll find that guy on our way... or we could just forget about him completely, and maybe get a nice car to use whenever we need one," I then start to run, though, to an outside observer, it just looked like I was walking. [i]I swear I used to be faster than this... agh! This is annoying as heck, why am I so slow!?[/i] I think as I try to run, with Bart literally running circles around me, and taunting me about my speed as he does so, and Maria eventually waking up and joining us... though, pretty much instantly making it to the garage in question. I didn't know about the rest, but this was humiliating... I secretly vowed to always say that I'm walking, yup, never ran in my life before, and if this is how slowly I run, then I'll never do so again in my life. My own slow run was embarrassing, and I'm sure that 'Jade' character is going to laugh about it, and then just run off to the garage, herself. Obviously, she was going to get there before I did... ugh, why am I so slow?
