Ok, I shrunk the size and population to match. 

With that said, while I was re-sizing the nation, I have some ideas for NPC nations around me. (assuming no one buddies right next to me) People that hate my nation in every way. 

One idea was a nation of bastard elves that want to retake the region. mmmmmm
