Hey, just thought I'd mention this is my first NRP. I've been doing regular RP for somewhere around 6 years now but this is new to me; so I might ask a stupid question or two.

That being said; is it ok to have your nation placed next to someone else's? I wrote up a NS and somebody picked a spot next to the one I had planned to use and I wanted to know if I could still place mine there or if I had to move it and rewrite accordingly? You know, out of courtesy.
