Not exactly. Demon Factions should be built around the plane you choose to claim. I'm still in the process of building them, though. Besides, anything done here would be chronologically prior to Ruin, so if Evarast was around, he, at best, has yet to become [i]extremely[/i] powerful. Champion leader of a faction, however... could definitely be done.
