@Wormgod- I don't know if they would be considered a sub-race, but if you want you could just say she is a Drow or something, just make sure you give a description of what a Drow is and what they can do, i.e naturally have good eye sight and etc.

Edit: I does not matter if someone has already used a subclass, you can use what ever subclass you want, even if it was taken. And you need 2 sub classes, not 1.

Epic Monk:
Quivering Palm: Once per day, an Epic Monk can instantly kill an enemy that is a lower level than them. Fails if it is used on a boss or an enemy greater or equal to the Epic Monk in level. 

I feel like this is a little overpowered,i might be the only one that thinks this. I wait for GM, or other Co.Gm to look at that if need be.
