[s] @ Condor Talon: If the character has been around for (let's say) 2 years or under, then we'll go with they don't really know them. (Maybe the name, but that's about it?) If they have been around 3 years or more, then they know them. (Their name, job, a little about them but probably nothing personal, etc).
