This is true, but I was hoping for a bit of a mission period following the battle whereby the legions evacuated the north, avoiding utter destruction. They got megga-owned though, so now Rome has no army, save for Scipio's force. 

That's why you guys need to work out the issues pressing Rome. 

Also, additional soldiers will be allotted to the players after the Assembly. By additional soldiers, I mean an extra legion.
