User, I'm not a GM or something, but you were a bit godmoddy in your post.
You didn't allow MangaArtist's character to react to your hit, which makes it auto-hitting. If MangaArtist is okay with it you're fine, but some users can't stand auto-hitting or any other godmoddy actions. 
Not being strict or something, it's just a heads-up, for future reference.
