Speed is all he has. I didn't give him much in anything else, other than some means to do a bit more damage than a dagger slash. If he doesn't stand out in speed, then I should give him a slight buff.

I also looked at Bridgett. Jack's natural physique is incredibly agile and acrobatic, but his semblance also gives him additional mobility. I think he far outstrips her in speed department then.
