Not a second Hissatsu, Charlie! I must've mistyped that! Choose one and delete the other. You (and everyone else) are [i]still[/i] limited to only [b]one[/b] element (and one ability based off of it) for a Hissatsu! 
I meant you can [u]make up[/u] special attacks, [i]based[/i] on your Hissatsu- like maybe firing off millions of elemental swords could be called "Shooting Star" or something like that.
