Sorry about the delay.

Granted the baggage isn't too much, people play some roles too heavy handed and it becomes tiresome when a plot becomes centered around one character's flaws or challenges when the plot should be bigger than both characters. I'm fine with tackling Steve and Pepper then. I am doing another Avengers sort of RP so hopefully the two can balance each other out...
