I'm not sure if it's what you'd be interested in, as the character isn't a goddess himself. But as a psychotic omnicidal clergyman of his own twisted religion, he could be changed to suit the scenario. Here's a summary from my notes.

[i]Appearance: He stands five feet tall, small of frame but with a stern gaze and certainty of movement that speaks to the religious fervor he holds deep in his metal heart. He is garbed in a heavy black cloak with glowing, pale blue trim that matches his eyes and the electric twin lines that run down from somewhere on his scalp, bisecting his eyes, to his neck and disappear into the blue clerical collar towards his chest. He wears thin black gloves on his long fingers and lightweight black boots on his feet. His pale skin shimmers slightly, and his dark hair is artificial but messy, pushed back half-heartedly.

(Not So) Brief History: Some hundred years ago, a faction of humanity consisting of military scientists and explorers settled on the untamed planet Aeos in the far western arm of the galaxy. They brought a legion of decommissioned, memory-wiped war droids with them, intending to use them as service units to do the jobs that were too difficult or dangerous for those of flesh and bone. T-301 was one of them. He was sent deep into the planet alone; the intent was to have him explore the core and capture its energy to someday utilize it to power electronics worldwide. Some say he found something that drove him insane. Others say it was a mistake to shoulder a military droid with that much responsibility. Regardless, he reemerged babbling of a great goddess at the center of the world, a being of unfathomable intent that sought to ignite the universe in flames. Referring to her as the Goddess of Annihilation and the Lady of Shrapnel, T-301 rechristened himself Brother Boom, the first and only member of the Church of the Holy Blast Radius.

Though it was planned to shut him down before any electronic infection spread, Boom escaped and fled to his "church," an absolutely massive, heavily fortified stone and steel cathedral surrounded by smoking craters and extreme radiation several miles in every direction. Built directly over the tunnel to the heart of the planet, it was instrumental in helping the insane droid carry out his goddess' plans...[/i]
