hey guys i totally forgot to mention this... even in N.T.O their are rules and laws for the people who break these rules/laws there is a wonderful place known as "Grey-Ditch Prison" its a fabulous place surrounded by endless water, wale-sharks, and 24/7 guards... so if you decide to go enjoy your stay =)
