Personality: A man who likes to joke, he's a more social character than what people take him for. He drinks, he womanises, he gambles. He does all kinds of things, and despite all that, his mind is set to the sword. He wasn't raised in strict discipline like most swordsmen, so his skill combined with this has put many off guard, thinking him to be a mere drifter. He's seen a lot for someone so young, making some of his dialogue make him appear older than he actually is.

History: A young urchin from Valm, born in Chon'sin, managed to get by with stealing along with his friends. None of them had family, and those that did were in dire state, the nation of Chon'sin was a good one, but there were some areas that suffered greatly. They simply could not cater to everyone. These kids were a mere gang of rascals, but over time, they grew older... Ku'shin picked up a sword, and began a gang at the age of 14, called the Star Dragons. They weren't big time, but what was big time however, was Ku'shin himself. Reports say that trained swordsmen who trained for years under proper masters were soundly defeated by him... This eventually became a problem for their pride, and they banded together to take their revenge, but it was to no avail.

Ku'shin is what some would call a 'demon'. There are numerous tales of powerful blade masters from across the seas and of course, within Chon'sin. He and his Star Dragons soon became a bit of a 'disruptive' force. A Chon'sin noble thought their presence unpleasant, and began a manhunt that would lead Ku'shin to fleeing his own home. All the same, the bitter swordsmen who were defeated by him were more than eager to hunt him and his gang down. This was roughly before Walhart's conquering of Chon'sin. Eventually Ku'shin and a few of his friends managed to escape and stow away on a trading ship bound for Akaneia.

There, they tried to start anew, but ended up being bandits, since they had no money. They travelled, and then reached the frigid cold of Ferox. Here they were surprisingly more comfortable. There were more jobs for warriors here, and pretty soon they managed to live a comfortable life in Ferox as mercenaries. They participated partially in the war against Plegia, and eventually returned to Ferox to keep it safe from the Risen. Monsters that they had accustomed themselves to fighting over the years.

Come the modern day, after the fall of Grima, Ku'shin sought to hone his blade further... Some of his friends from Chon'sin, returned, as they missed that land. The others? They found wives within Ferox, and were happy to call it home. Ku'shin however, he left to become a wandering blade, subconsciously following the trait of 'demons' of the blade. To wander the land, seeking foes, either to satiate bloodthirst, or to sharpen their skills. It mattered not their reason, they aimed for one thing, and it was mastery of the blade.
