Allow me to quote myself on Cherilyn Blaumond, the Archmage of Ferros' wife:
"His wife was almost his complete opposite. Short, petite, with curly ginger hair and an attitude to match, she loved to talk and couldn’t hold herself back from pinching the little boy’s cheeks and asking him about his strange life in the forest."
This can be found in my character's Biography, but I would be surprised if anyone ever even read it.

I will put my bet on Ferros, considering the terrain they live in. However, from the map that has recently been drawn, it can not be said for certain. Brand truly needs to put this kind of small, yet important information up somewhere. Until they have, we can only guess.
Nevertheless, I believe the most likeliest of kingdoms to have the highest percentage of red-haired individuals is Ferros, due to the climate of the country. 
Gorgon is a damp warm swampland. Valeal is a country with more plains and hills than mountains. Kain is a desert country. Valaria, I presume, is a country with many hills. Once these are taken into account, it's only logical for Ferros, the mountain country, to have a few red-haired people.

Brand has yet to write a complete description of the continent, thus we can not be 100% sure on how it looks like. Gowi sketched out a [url=http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y205/Mike1204/MapSample_zpsa89ce185.png]map[/url] loosely, but it has yet to be approved by the GM.
The borders that are for certain are:
Valaria-Valeal
Ferros-Kain
Gorgon-Valeal
Ferros-Valaria

It is still not clear if Ferros still borders Valeal after Valaria declared independence.
