Appearance: Despite his age, he is quite fit and charming. Icey gray eyes.

Personality: Arthur is quite the despicable and ruthless social figure, yet he manages to charm even his adversaries in his line of work. He had slept with enemies, dined with rivals, and sold millions worth of property and immunity applications to those that want him dead. Arthur is also a bit discriminating when it comes to social classes, he despises the poor, and can't stand those of them that call themselves middle-classes. He is also quite gentle with women, and very misanthropic in general. 

Bio: Arthur is a private contractor that supplies the government with everything it needs to enforce the Purge, and keep it solid and untainted. He is among other contractors, he mainly dwells in the trade of property and immunity applications, which are just that, expensive applications that promise their respective buyers immunity in the next 5 years. Arthur was a banker and a shareholder in three major companies before the Purge was first announced, ever since he sought to privatize the phenomena. He decided to refuse an immunity application, knowing it is false, and instead armed his manor and self with enough men and firepower to turn away any eager purgers. 
Skills: Wide knowledge in politics, economics and the whatnots of the Purge and its laws and paperworks. Other than that he is quite good at human interaction, persuasion, and deception. He has a good knowledge in medium sized rifles and handguns. 
Weapons: An armory in his manor. 

I know my char might sound overpowered, but trust me he is not, I only needed his sheet to look so to have quite an impact when he is caught in the story. Also I figured for.change, we could have a character that isn't the usual purged. Someone who is not as keen on the battleground, but more behind the drapes.
