Breaking through the glass window was painful but not as much as Sharon imagined hitting the ground. Something about falling was not an experience that Sharon had ever wanted in her life. She wasn’t too afraid of heights but the idea of falling was never something that she enjoyed. Especially now that she was experiencing it. It took until she had turned in the air and could see the ground that she let out a shriek of terror. Oh god, this… this is how she died. ZOOM, THUD. Her small body smacked against metal as large robotic arms wrapped around her small waist and pulled her into it. The iconic sound of jet boots echoed in her ears as Sharon pulled open her blue eyes to see that Iron Man had got her from the fall. Her whole body was shaking as he held her; that was a large amount of fear in one small moment. Sure she had been involved in gun fire, hostage situations and the like but falling and almost turning yourself into pavement art was a new feeling for her. Iron Man did set her down with a sense of grace and tenderness that typically isn’t seen by Tony Stark and apparently that much was read on her face as they exchanged a small stare between each other and he flew off. Her coworkers sprinted to her half of them were expressing their concern for her safety and health while the other half (the women) were begging of information of what could be going on between her and Tony Stark. Apparently if you want to get some attention, you have a small stare down with Tony Stark after he saves you from a falling building because the female coworkers that approached her and began to hound her with questions. Sharon did her best to brush them off, using every excuse in the book to try to get them to stop asking her questions before she finally snapped. “Nothing is going on between Mister Stark and me!!! Quit asking!!!” That was enough to shake her coworkers off of her, leaving them to mumble things about Sharon wanting to keep things private and that there must be something going on between her and Iron Man, little where they aware that the man she had a connection with was running towards them in his suite. “I’m fine Captain.” She said, giving her voice more of a reassurance than normal as a paramedic did the work on her arm. “Where is the shooter? I feel like it’s safe to assume he was part of the bombing…” As if hearing the conversation Director Fury appeared out of nowhere. “Don’t start any speculations Agent 13.” He said sharply to her as she turned her head away showing that she didn’t like the way she was talking but she couldn’t argue back. His gaze moved back to Steve. “Where is he so we can take him in for interrogation.”
