That's fine with me. In all honestly; I was never planing on having him use his Water or Lightning Release jutsu. The only reason he knows one of each was so that he could get a better grasp of how to handle those two Natures, that way he would have an easier time learning how to use his Storm Nature. Kind of like Tree Walking and Water Walking
