Rin knew it may be a bit much for a new comer to this but then again the boy could be fighting tomorrow and he would not have the luck of fighting his brother again or her. After five minutes of that she hopped up and got out a good punching bag. She set it up and stood by it. "I'm going to show you a few punches and kicks and then you are going to work on them until I think you are mediocre with them. Then we will take a short break and end with blood training. This is how it will be fore the next week or so." Rin said before demonstrating different punches and kicks for him to work on.
