Kuhaku quietly sighed as he felt someone approach from behind and lightly pinched the bridge of his nose to help relieve his ever-rising stress levels. Not exactly caring about the sharp metal points of the claws on his gauntlets. The white-hair boy from earlier had caught up and was now walking alongside him. Did he not make it clear that he didn't want to befriend him? Did he not make it clear that he wasn't looking to socialize and make friends, especially with a...human? The boy then asked about his prior questions. "Sooo... what about those questions? You still not going to answer em?" he said as he folded his arms behind the back of his neck. The boy seemed completely relaxed despite the cold and spiteful aura Kuhaku was sure he was emanating. "No." Kuhaku answered in his mind, rather quickly. Perhaps he should offer some sort of answer to satisfy the boy. Maybe not answer all of his previous questions, but just something for the boy to think about and maybe get the message across that Kuhaku wanted to be left alone. Stopping his walk, he lowered the hand that was pinching the bridge of his nose to grasp the sides of his metal mask. Applying slight pressure with his grip, the mask clicked and hinged open slightly. Allowing normal, clear speech. Inhaling deeply through his nose and closing his eyes, Kuhaku worked up as much energy as he could for what he was about to say. He really hated speaking and the sound of his own voice. Opening his eyes to stare into the white-hair boy's eyes, or rather to glare, he gave three words in response. "Persona non grata." Kuhaku's voice came as deep, clear, and smooth, if not angrily. Though his mask was slightly open, it still added a slight metallic ring to it making it sound robotic. As he spoke, he tried his best to infuse as much venom as he could into his words. With the same hand from before he closed his mask shut, clicking as it locked back into place. He hoped that what he was able to say to the boy was enough to stall and confuse him for some time. Even if he were able to translate the foreign language that Kuhaku loved to read about, it should make it clear his feelings and position. Turning swiftly, Kuhaku then briskly walked away. Grabbing a tray, glass, and utensils, he made his way to the cafeteria line. As he waited through the line, he quickly decided on his food and made a beeline to the very first isolated, lonely and quiet spot he could find. Which was a difficult feat in and of itself as the cafeteria was massive and bustling with hungry students and faculty. As he walked to his claimed seat, he observed his surroundings. Faunus and Human of all ages, genders and backgrounds mingled and ate together. Scowling, Kuhaku wanted to spit on the ground. Disgusting. As he sat down, he gently placed his tray and plate on the table and organized his utensils neatly in preparation. On his plate was nothing but...meat. Selections of beef, chicken, pork, and fish to be exact. Though, it wasn't an obscene amount of food, his choice of nothing but meat seemed a little odd. Then again, he was a Tiger Faunus, a carnivore at heart. His choice of drink was a glass of ice cold milk. Once everything was organized to his liking, he reached up and removed his mask, setting it aside his tray. Picking up his utensils, he then began to neatly cut his food into pieces and ate in peaceful silence. Trying his best to drown out the nose of the other Beacon students, he pinned his ears flat against his head. He ate neatly with particularly good table manners, though he hoped he would remain alone. It was, after all, how his mother and father had raised him. "Let them not see you as beast, but as an equal..." his parents advice resonated within his mind. The idea was foolish and idiotic. Faunus and Humans would never see each other as equals. He reached for his glass of milk and quietly sipped it, the metal claws of his gauntlets clinking against it almost musically.
