Having the sheet posted above the post itself is probably doable, though it'd be a real pain in the ass for most of us to remember having to do that every post. However, I'm pretty sure it'd be impossible to run an RP without an OOC. If you were to manage to pull it off, you'd definitely have my undying applause.
