Yumi didn't know what she was more excited for, sparring with Viral... Or food. It wasn't until she caught wind of what Vegeta was making that her stomach rumbled and she realized she was more than ready for a meal. Resisting the urge to lick her lips out of anticipation she squirmed slightly in her seat, glancing over at the Beastman with a smile. "You are my concern, plain and simple. And don't feel guilty for that, I know how you are," she warned, wagging a finger in Viral's face before folding her arms, "It's no problem at all to have someone worry about you, it's what friends and family do. It's natural, as natural as the sun, or the water or animals. And you do need fuel! How else are we going to spar if you don't have energy?" It would be a bunch of flailing about and mindlessly slapping, if anything else. Plus... She was going to eat, she was hungry. And it was just rude to eat in front of someone who wasn't eating as well. Sure, Vegeta would be joining them, but she wanted Viral to eat as well. Turning around in her seat Yumi smiled excitably, getting up and going over to the swinging doors just as Vegeta was coming out with his arms full of trays. "Food! Here, let me help you with that!" she said, taking a set of trays hastily. "Wait Yumi, I'm not exactly balanced!" Vegeta warned, his eyes widening as weight was taken off of his left arm. Wobbling slightly he looked at the remaining trays nervously, trying to balance them again and eventually succeeding. Sighing softly he shook his head, continuing over to the table where he began setting them down one by one before Viral. "Please don't do that, it's difficult to carry that many as it is," he said, glancing over at a meek Yumi. Pulling off the lids for each container he placed them in a pile off to the side, waving his hand a bit and blowing on it from holding the hot metal. Foolish of him for not bringing gloves, an afterthought that was too little too late. All of the food was seen to, but they needed one more thing. Going back to the kitchen he disappeared through the doors, coming back with a few glasses and a brownish bottle. Smiling slightly he set the bottle and glasses down, looking at Viral. "I know I normally forbid alcohol, but... I think that we can have just a single drink, as a celebration. I'm getting ahead of myself with this genetics business, but I can't help but be optimistic." Takeshi didn't expect to be so level with Choi, it was frustrating. Not because he hated being equal to his friend, that wasn't the issue really. How was he going to be able to keep Shu and the others safe when he wasn't stronger than anyone? Granted they weren't using Ki, that could create a bigger gap, but even so... Without Ki there were differences in strength, and his and Choi's were so marginal they seemed even. Trading blow for blow, blocking and dodging one another, it was a pretty drawn out spar. A bit out of lack of patience and more so out of a want to finish up he tried a different move, throwing an arm around instead of just going for another punch. He missed Choi's head and smacked the boy in the shoulder, hard enough to make him stumble away. Smiling he watched his opponent barely catch himself, before his smile waned when Choi abruptly charged at him. Trying to grab his friend before he could make it he missed, and the two went to the ground with a thud. Growling in annoyance, Takeshi tried to push Choi off of him, the pair rolling as they vied for control. "Agh, get off me you moron!" he snapped, still trying to either pin or push off Choi, "I thought we weren't grappling." Still in one piece and not drained of energy, Kabocha was pretty happy with that outcome. It was a decent match all things considered, better than he expected even. He wouldn't have thought in a million years that T'charrl would stack up to the rest of their group, he just didn't think Kaesstrians had it in them. If this was what they were capable of then the King made a huge mistake in leaving them alone all this time. "You'll be right next to us kicking some butt," he said, smiling as he helped T'charrl to his feet, "You're still not as strong as us Saiyans, mind you... But you're close." He didn't want T'charrl getting a big head, even if he had managed to be an equal. For a short spar Kabocha noted he was feeling a bit more tired than he'd thought, not entirely sure why that was. Brushing it off as just his imagination he wiped some sweat from his face, looking over at the only pair still going, Takeshi and Choi. Were they trying to cuddle or fight? He couldn't tell. "Hey, you did well! Seriously, you gave me way more of a work out than I thought you would," Kabocha replied, before looking over to the others and shouting, "Either you two kiss or finish up, we're all done!"
