[Spruce] Apparently, the vulpix used another fire attack without anyone noticing, as the moment I turned around to talk to M, he was rubbing soot out of his eye. I blinked and missed him shooting some sort of powerful attack back at the vulpix, forcing her into the void... and leaving only one pokemon to fight us. Celes had also recently stunned said vulpix with another set of chains, and I expected the charmeleon to be a little bit more concerned... but, no, he seemed determined. An almost Kamina-like determination, if you will, no, he wasn't weaker from losing his partner... he wasn't stuck fighting us, to him, we were stuck fighting him. The charmeleon's determination showed the moment he ran up to my team, and pulled off three consecutive slash attacks, aiming for Celes, Kamina and I... and, well I can at least say that it hit me, leaving me with only a sliver of energy. "Th... this isn't going quite as planned..." I manage to say, turning to face Celes, who seemed hurt, as well. No! Not Celes, too! This has to end... NOW. I wonder... I think as I continue looking towards Celes, but this time, not with a look of fear, but one that might communicate that I had a plan. "Celes... can you try using those light chain things again? Just bring them up... I'll handle the rest," I ask her, though, I still sounded somewhat weak from all the damage I already took in this fight, I wasn't quite ready to give up... even if that might have been the smarter option. No... I could feel it... that void bomb move that I used back in Gabriel's Dojo... I felt as though I could use it again. Sure, he'd resist, but I still felt that it might just deal some kind of decent damage... and if I also used Celes' light chains, maybe as a means to continually slam the Void Bomb against the charmeleon... maybe we could make it out of this. --- [Bonnie] "Well, William, you never know what these residents might have been dumb enough to leave behind, bu-" my explanation was cut short by someone rudely slamming against some nearby tree. William somehow thought that it might be the previous residents, and while it wouldn't make sense for them to keep their house in this condition, I decided to follow him anyways. Somehow, I ended up out of the tree, first, and saw an aipom slamming its tail-fist against some tree just to the left of ours... for some reason. A few berries promptly fell off of the tree, and the aipom scooped them up and started eating as if he hasn't eaten in weeks, or something. Well, I guess that answers my question, then. I think as I try to get closer to the purple monkey, who, as soon as he noticed me, screeched at me, apparently using astonish... well, I only really know the second part because I flinched from the attack, leaving me open for a scratch, which thankfully didn't do as much as I thought it would. As soon as I get a chance to attack, I do, with frustration, which didn't seem to leave the aipom with too much energy. Another scratch, and I decided to wait on the others instead of attacking, they deserved some of the experience from this fight, too, right? As I was waiting I took a few more attacks, but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle on my own. "Hey, William, Tini, either of you two want to finish this guy off?" I ask, though I had to kind of shout, as they seemed somewhat far, or at least, weren't listening to me for some reason or another.
