"I am considering having apartments build for those who can not mix easily with the rest of the world. I am also working on away to make differences like Alastair's arm less obvious. Until I complete that those who earn the right would live in the apartments. The apartments would be set up just like those available in the outside world. They would be yours to do with as you wish.
