My opinions on why you don't seem to getting attention:

-Only one single paragraph in here?
-Lack of cs template.
-Rather unorganized info in this one paragraph.

This is all that i can think of so far. Judging from this paragraph, you should probably put this in the Casual Interest Check instead of the actual Casual Roleplay thread.
