The problem I have with your character is simple. Arrancar aren't common to my knowledge and on top of that it is unlikely that they could procreate because you know them being dead. Arrancar to my knowledge are hollows whom have ripped off their masks but that doesn't make them fertile or alive again they just become more controlled and gain more power that doesn't translate into them being capable of being able to make children in my mind. The closest thing that I could do would be for your character to be fathered/mothered by a Fullbringer, a human whom has absorbed hollow powers thus making them most likely repugnant to some Quincies I would think, whom has hollow power inside of them. I'll allow you to keep the Arrancar that you traveled with later in life however.

Also I would like you to remove: Seele Schneider please. You already have a unique ability in your martial arts that our other Quincy do not have. I'm even a bit uncomfortable keeping the martial arts ability to manipulate energy like that but for the sake of being fair I'm allowing it unless others don't like it either.
