Sort of kind of in a way no. In short, there aren't many spots left open and a bunch of people are contending for the last ones! But!

1. Some of them may have since lost interest and dropped, in which case those planes will be made available!

2. NewSun may create new planes on demand in order to accommodate interested prospects without planes.

If you have any suggestions for Plane ideas, feel free to share them - you might just be able to play in one of them.
