Leroy leaned against the railing of the gondola as he watched the clean pressed, upscale section of Columbia known as Emporia seemingly drift away from him before he turned to see the dark and decaying section he called home, but others called Shantytown. He stepped of the gondola and stopped to take in the full effect of the slums that laid before him. He took in every note he could, starting with the old man dressed in rags huddled up to a fire he managed to light, then moving on to the woman, who couldn't of been a day over nineteen, standing just in front of a dark ally who Leroy knew was offering her 'services' to any man with the money to pay, finally moving his gaze to the young boy crying as he sat next to a woman, that anyone could tell was suffering pretty bad from the sickness, laying on a poor excuses of a mattress. Home sweet home. Leroy thought to himself as he began to walk to the decaying apartment building he used for the rare nights he slept. I wonder if the others got away in time. Oh who am I kidding that lot is probably laughing and having drinks right now. I should head back up in a bit, they'll probably be in that hoard, sandy tent in Battleship bay. I'll just get dressed and- his thoughts were cut short as he found himself walking into a someone that just walked out of the ally he was passing. He was a bit suppressed at first, to the point of dropping his satchel, when he collided with the sorter man, but quickly brushed it off. "Oh, don't worry about it. I should of-" He cut off mid sentence as he recognized the man as the officer that burst in on the knights' meeting earlier. Leroy's eyes widen a bit more as he noticed his bag had spilt open dumping out his Dread crow costume. Oh, you got to be shi***ng me! He thought to himself as his bad luck seemed to be piling up left and right today. So he did the only thing he could think of, laugh. "Long time no see." He said in between laughs.
