Well the Executive Branch is supposed to be so secret that only maybe a dozen or so people outside of it know it actually exists. They're in the shadows, have been for years. I don't plan on creating a Presidential Justice League or anything (but holy hell I should), so they'll be low-key and I do kind of have a reason as to why nobody looks twice when Abraham goddamn Lincoln is walking down the street.
